We have put together some sample menus to get you started, though we really love to custom-design each menu to fit exactly what you desire!  Ask about what the Culinary Team of Pepper Moon can create especially for you.

  • Water, Iced Tea and Coffee are included.
  • Basic China/Silverware/Glassware is available at $.60 per piece. Upgraded China/Silverware is $.70 per piece. Clear Plasticware may be provided at $1.50 per guest. Heavy Black Plasticware may be provided for all events at no extra charge.
  • Charges for catering staff will be included on your contract and be based on guest count and type of meal service.
  • All prices subject to 18% service charge and 6.75% NC Sales Tax

Heavy Hors d’oeuvres Package 1

Choose Two:

  • Fresh Fruit Display with brandied custard dipping sauce
  • Grilled Vegetables Display with sundried tomato vinaigrette for dipping
  • Imported and Domestic Cheeses Display – an attractive combination of wedges and cubed cheeses with Bleu Cheese Quince Torta, with red grape and berry garnish, accompanied by assorted crackers
  • Lobster Fondue with blue and red tortilla chips
  • Spinach, Artichoke and Smoked Gouda Fondue with toasted bread rounds
  • Brown Sugar Candied Pecan Baked Brie in puff pastry with assorted crackers
  • Caprese Skewers – fresh mozzarella, grape tomato, fresh basil on a skewer with balsamic glaze

Choose Two:

  • Bourbon Pecan Coated Chicken Tenders with tequila apricot dipping sauce
  • Buttermilk and Honey Chicken Skewers with spicy toasted pecan pesto
  • Turkey Brie Arugula Triangles
  • Beef Tenderloin Sliders with arugula and bernaise aioli
  • Sesame Pork Sliders with fresh pineapple salsa and sweet chili aioli
  • Pasta Rolls – Italian sausage and spinach with fine cheeses rolled into pasta and cut into pinwheels, served over marinara, finished with parmesan cream sauce

Choose Two:

  • Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with housemade cocktail sauce and lemon wedges
  • Beef Tenderloin, chef-carved, with assorted cocktail rolls, bernaise mayo and horseradish sauce
  • Petite Pork Shanks with fresh mango salsa or peppadew gastrique
  • Antipasto Display with assorted Italian meats, cheeses, and marinated vegetables with a spread trio and fresh bread rounds
  • Petite Fancy Pastries to include White Chocolate Cheesecake Pops, Lemon Tarts, Praline Cheesecakes and Mocha Chocolate Truffles

  • Passed Hors d’oeuvres for Cocktail Hour, your choice of three
  • Braised Beef Short Rib Short Plate. Our slow-roasted beef served atop vegetable or wild mushroom risotto, on a petite plate with tiny wooden fork
  • Mac-n-Cheese with a Twist! Macaroni sauteed with lobster chunks, tomatoes, and scallions in a creamy beschamel sauce, served on a small bamboo plate with tiny fork
  • Pulled Pork Wrap – a twist on North Carolina barbeque. Our slow-roasted pulled pork rolled into a flour tortilla with tangy barbeque sauce and crispy fried onions

  • Grilled Asparagus with balsamic glaze
  • Herbed Tomato and Smoked Gouda Salsa with ruffled tortilla chips
  • Sundried Tomato Biscuit stuffed with housemade pimento cheese
  • Rosemary Flatbread with red grapes, bleu cheese, chives and honey drizzle

  • Warm Crab Dip with toasted bread rounds

  • Bourbon and Thyme Smoked Fresh Turkey, chef-carved, with assorted cocktail rolls, scallion mayo and Dijon mustard
  • Rotini pasta with or without strips of grilled chicken breast, in tomato cream sauce
  • Three Cheese Wild Mushroom Penne Pasta with or without strips of grilled chicken breast in our creamy sauce
  • Mashed Potato Martini Bar – your guests will fill their own martini glass with our Signature Smashed Potatoes. Toppings to include chopped bacon, chopped ham, shredded smoked gouda, shredded cheddar, salsa, sour cream, sauteed mushrooms, scallions and whole green olives.
