Plated & Buffet Dinner


We have put together some sample menus to get you started, though we really love to custom-design each menu to fit exactly what you desire!  Ask about what the Culinary Team of Pepper Moon can create especially for you.

  • Your options below may be served as a PLATED or BUFFET MEAL, unless otherwise noted by an *. *Items not recommended for a plated dinner.
  • Each package includes your choice of one salad, one or two entrees, two sides, assorted rolls or yeast rolls with butter, and one or two desserts. Select one dessert for plated meals and two desserts for buffet meals.
    To omit dessert or one side, reduce your cost by $2 per guest.
  • Water, Iced Tea and Coffee are included.
  • Basic China/Silverware/Glassware is available at $.60 per piece. Upgraded China/Silverware is $.70 per piece. Clear Plasticware may be provided at $1.50 per guest. Heavy Black Plasticware may be provided for all events at no extra charge.
  • Charges for catering staff will be included on your contract and be based on guest count and type of meal service.
  • All prices subject to 18% service charge and 6.75% NC Sales Tax

Seasonal Artisan Greens Salad with either red apples, walnuts, shaved parmesan and apple cider vinaigrette OR with watermelon cubes, picked onion, feta and key lime vinaigrette

Caprese Salad – Baby Spinach with fresh mozzarella, grape tomatoes and croutons with balsamic vinaigrette

Apple Harvest Salad – Artisan greens with thinly-sliced granny smith apples, dried apricots, bleu cheese crumbles, pistachio nuts in housemade roasted cinnamon honey vinaigrette

Wedge Salad – Iceberg Wedge with red onion rings, bleu cheese crumbles, chopped bacon and bleu cheese dressing

Statler Chicken Breast stuffed with rosemary, goat cheese and fig, topped with a light fig glaze
